President of LDC Corporation. As an original founder of LDC, Inc. in 2003 and President since 2008, Mr. Lemos brings over 30 years of design architecture, engineering, land surveying and project management experience to the helm of this small multidisciplinary consulting firm.

Eddie Rye, Jr. is a businessman and government contractor is noted for his support of civil rights throughout the region.  Mr. Rye received the King County Martin Luther King, Jr. Medal of Distinguished Service for his continuing work for communities of color. He is also a co-convener of the Community Coalition for Contracts and Jobs (CCCJ).  CCCJ was organized in response to the lack of inclusion of Black workers and contractors on public works construction projects.
