Anthony Chiedu Udeagbala, NCARB, AIA, is an experienced architect and project manager with over 35 years in the industry, working on projects across the U.S. and internationally. He has led everything from small residential buildings to large-scale institutional and commercial developments, bringing a hands-on approach to planning, design, and construction. Known for his ability to see the big picture while managing the details, he excels in problem-solving, team leadership, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Beyond his professional work, Anthony has been involved in shaping industry policies, serving on the Washington State Governor’s Project Review Committee. Over the years, he has contributed to a variety of notable projects, including university campus plans, hospitals, museums, and sports arenas. His passion for innovation also led him to improve brick manufacturing processes in West Africa, influencing construction practices in the region.
Anthony holds degrees in Architecture and City & Regional Planning. He is a registered architect in multiple states and actively participates in professional organizations, staying engaged in industry development and advocacy.

Our tagline is “Because it’s going to rain”. Lisa started the company with 20 years of roadway drainage, bridge hydraulics, flood studies, and permitting experience. Harbert Engineers uses these skills in the Pacific Northwest to design functional, cost-effective civil plans and obtain necessary permits.

Eddie Rye, Jr. is a businessman and government contractor is noted for his support of civil rights throughout the region. Mr. Rye received the King County Martin Luther King, Jr. Medal of Distinguished Service for his continuing work for communities of color. He is also a co-convener of the Community Coalition for Contracts and Jobs (CCCJ). CCCJ was organized in response to the lack of inclusion of Black workers and contractors on public works construction projects.
